About Us

A brief history of All Clear Design and how it’s evolved…

The original All Clear design was developed in 1996 by Larry Buck for Zero Blast-N-Peen cabinets. Abrasive blasting cabinet window etching is a major problem in the abrasive blasting process. Productivity declines as the operator’s ability to see their work diminishes.

The unit placed a roll of underlayment material in a dispenser, located inside of the bead blast cabinet or abrasive blasting cabinet.  This design, while protecting the viewing window, made panel changes difficult, particularly in larger sized cabinets.

In 2002, the present All Clear design was developed.  It is superior to the old model, and panel changes are easily done from the outside of the blasting cabinet by loosening the window frame fasteners and pulling the clear material from the roll that is contained in the extruded housing located along the side of the cabinet’s window frame.

In 2006, All Clear Systems for Empire, Trinco, Econoline and other cabinets were introduced.  since that time we have become the leading manufacturer/supplier of blasting cabinet, window protection systems. Distributor inquiries are welcome.

It is noteworthy that the 1st customer of the present design continues to use the All Clear System to this day on their abrasive blasting cabinet.
